A few of Annette's adventures
May, 1988 - Women’s Group, led by Nina Hart; first experience with the process of Gestalt. Studied with Wendy Crocket, a Lakota herbalist from Missouri. Helped build four sweat lodges in the Boulder County area.
April, 1990 - Dec 1992 - trained and volunteered as a Boulder County Victim Assistance Advocate
January, 1994 – Studied “Plant Spirit Medicine” with Eliot Cowan, included the theory of Classical Chinese Medicine. Began my study of shamanism and shamanic journey work.
January, 1995 – Became certified with The Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies
1994 - 1998 – Participated in on-going healing circle formed by my fellow PSM grads; expanded knowledge with local Buddhist community.
1994 - 1999 – Founding “mothers” of the Boulder County Dandelion Festival. Taught a class called “Eat Your Yard”.
September, 1997 – Climbed the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu in Peru; explored the ancient temples of the Sacred Valley.
May, 2000 – Became Reiki Master
2001-2003 – Participated in the Buffalo Dances of southern Colorado.
October, 2002 – to present: Studied Body Balancing with Miss Cashman.
May, 2014 – Visited Ancient Goddess sites of Ireland.
November, 2014 – Speaker at the Star Knowledge Conference. Presented on the healing modality of horses.
December, 2015 – Returning Speaker at Star Knowledge Conference.
